About VintageLens

VintageLens was founded by photographers, for photographers. Based in our small workshop, we combine traditional leather crafting techniques with modern design to create camera accessories that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Our Story

What started as a passion project – making a custom camera strap for a beloved Leica M6 – has grown into a dedicated workshop producing premium leather accessories for photographers worldwide. Every product in our collection reflects our commitment to quality materials, traditional craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.

Our Craft

We source only the finest full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from ethical tanneries. Each piece is hand-cut, hand-stitched with waxed linen thread, and finished with natural oils and waxes. The result is a product that not only protects your gear but develops a unique character over time – just like the vintage cameras we love.

Designed for Photographers

Every VintageLens product is designed with real-world photography in mind. Our camera straps feature quick-release systems and adjustable lengths. Our lens cases have reinforced padding and easy-access openings. Our camera cases are form-fitted to specific camera models for a perfect, protective fit.
